Rather than invest in advertising, we have invested in our valued customers and we have grown by word of mouth. We want the very best for our "genius babies", just like you. At Genius Babies we celebrate our smaller size and we are committed to continuing to offer you the very best personal service. (Special orders don't upset us.) We are dedicated to provide the personal care, and response, you are not always guaranteed with the impersonal Internet and large national e-tailers. We’re ready to accept your orders at any time. It’s fast, easy, and it’s safe! At Genius Babies, only in-stock items are available to order. We stock everything in our showroom and warehouses. OUR ORDER SHIPPING POLICY:
We are located and we Ship from CHARLOTTE, NC.

Orders received on business days, Monday - Friday before 3PM ET are guaranteed to ship the same business day.

Orders submitted after 3PM ET will ship the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day.

When closed for normal holidays your order ships the following business day.

**Note: UPS does NOT count weekends in the shipping time.

2nd Day Air packages will arrive on the second business day after we ship.
(Example: A 2nd Day Air order shipped on Thursday will not arrive until Monday.)

(Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).

Speed of delivery after that depends on the shipping method you choose. - Thank you!

UPS Ground Delivers Business Days: Monday - Friday Only. We ship from Charlotte, NC.
WEST COAST DESTINATION - Time in transit: Approx. 5-8 Business days in transit after shipping.
CENTRAL US DESTINATION - Including Texas. Time in transit: Approx. 3-6 Business days after shipping.
EAST COAST DESTINATION - Time in transit: Approx. 3-5 Business days after shipping.
A shipping confirmation is emailed upon shipment of all orders. UPS offers tracking in transit. * If your package was shipped by USPS Priority Mail, as per your shipping confirmation, tracking is not available by this carrier.

** UPS Air rates regrettably, are normally quite costly, and calculated at expedited costs, exact rate by weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship from Charlotte, NC.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE E-mail for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA# Request), to ensure proper credit for return.

We offer an easy 30 day return policy on purchases.
Simply email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and send your item(s)back to us, in its original condition, and we will accommodate your request for a replacement item, store credit, or refund.

Of course, if the mistake is ours for any reason, we'll pay for return shipment.
Marked Closeout- non-returnable items, are not eligible for return guarantee, of course, unless defective, for exchange of same item. Such items will be clearly marked an non-returnable.

There is no restocking fee, but a minimal 5% charge will be reflected in credit card refunds towards the Credit Card or PayPal transaction fees already incurred.

Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges, that have already been incurred.

Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Please note: As is Universal Retail Policy: "Opened" DVDs, CDs, and Software may not be returned.

Please be mindful of the following details about returns:

For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.

Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Return Information:
1. We recommend that you ship your package INSURED to ensure safe arrival.
2. Please use ORIGINAL (or comparable) shipping box and shipping packaging to ensure arrival in NEW condition. .
3. Write RMA # Clearly on Outside of Box in black marker.
4. Returns & Exchanges must arrive in NEW, original condition, in their original full packaging.- Thank you!
5. Packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from purchase.

Returns are NOT re-sold on GeniusBabies.com. Returned items are sent back to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's return policy, and or/ donated to charity organizations.

* Please note: REFUSAL of a shipped and confirmed order, may be liable for up to a 10% restocking fee, and any and all gift wrapping costs incurred, at our discretion.
Returns received in worn condition, or outside of original packaging may also be returned to sender, or refunded 75% of the original purchase price, at our discretion. Understandably, "free" gifts with purchase, may be charged retail price, if all items purchased are "returned" except the "free" gift w/purchase.
