Prenatal Education
|
BabyPlus is at the forefront of prenatal education. The early education tool consists of 16 lessons scientifically designed by rhythmic sounds that resemble heartbeats. BabyPlus was developed after 20 years of research by Dr. Brent Logan, a developmental psychologist. During pregnancy, the lessons increase incrementally and sequentially and introduce the developing baby to a sequential learning process and differential skills, as well as strengthening the capability for greater memory capacity after birth.
The educational tool is a microchip unit with an enclosed audio speaker worn around the abdomen during pregnancy. The lessons should be done for one hour in the morning and another hour in the evening but not for any more time to limit overexposure. Each lesson should be played twice a day for seven days until the curriculum is completed. Mothers-to-be can start using this educational tool mid-pregnancy, between the 18th and 32nd weeks.
